Achi is a natural soup thickener made from the ground seeds of the Achi tree, commonly used in Igbo and Eastern Nigerian cooking. It's added to vegetable-based soups like Egusi soup, Oha soup, and Ogbono soup to give them a smooth, thick consistency without significantly altering the soup's flavor. Achi is available Whole (for grinding at home) or Grounded (ready to use), letting you choose the level of prep you prefer.

How to use: If using whole seeds, grind and crush them into a fine powder first; stir the powder into simmering soup to thicken it, adjusting quantity to reach your desired consistency.
