We are thrilled to offer ONE flat-rate price of $10.99 for every single order over $85 in Ontario and a flat delivery fee of $10.95 for all orders within the GTA, Halton Region, Mississauga and Brampton only.
Shipping rates on orders outside of Ontario are variable depending on the weight of the product(s) and the shipping address. Please note that Canada Post deliver on Monday - Friday. They do not deliver on Saturday and Sundays.
Standard Shipping may take between 3 – 7 business days depending on your location
Small Packet Air for US Shipping provides no tracking number and takes longer than Regular mail.
Orders within the GTA, Halton Region, Brampton and Mississauga are delivered the next day
Please note that the cut-off time for next day delivery is 5pm. We are open to making exceptions if you contact us

We do not ship perishables and frozen items outside of Ontario.
In cooler months, we may be able to send frozen items by CanadaPost Ground but you do so at your own risk.
We ship perishables only on Mondays* Tuesdays and Wednesdays, depending on where you are located. This is to prevent orders containing perishable items from staying over the weekend at CanadaPost and to ensure that the freshest product possible arrives to you.
If you need your order by a certain date please make a note in the ‘note section' of the shopping cart. Choosing Express shipping, does not guarantee that your order will be considered a rush delivery. If it's not possible for your order to arrive by your desired date, we will notify you by e-mail (please double check your e-mail address).
You will need to be available for delivery since we cannot leave your frozen foods on your doorstep for safety and hygiene concerns. If you are running late and will not be available for the delivery of your frozen items, please send us an email at weloveyoursmile@mychopchop as soon as possible to reschedule your delivery.
You can return non- perishable items within 7 business days. All we ask is that you return these items with their original packaging. If you are not sure you are keeping an item, please do not open or remove seal (if applicable).
For perishable items like your frozen foods, item return is limited due to hygiene concerns. When your delivery arrives, we will go through your order with you. If there is anything you’re not happy with, you can hand it back and we will replace the item or issue you a refund. Perishable items cannot be returned after we leave because of hygiene concerns.
We offer full refunds on any unopened, unexpired items in good condition within 7 days of purchase. All we ask is you provide a receipt, confirmation number, or other proof of purchase date. Any discounts used, except for shipping discounts, will be subtracted from the refund.
Refunds can only be made to the credit card or account used for the purchase. Once we receive your item and return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
