CAN I PICK UP MY ORDERS?
Yes, you can pick up your orders. You will have to choose the local pick up option on the check out page and contact us at email@example.com to schedule your pick up.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR PERISHABLE ITEMS?
When your delivery arrives, we will go through your order with you. If there is anything you’re not happy with, you can hand it back and we will replace the item or issue you a refund. Perishable items can not be returned after we leave because of hygiene concerns.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR NON – PERISHABLE ITEM?
You can return non- perishable items within 7 business days. All we ask is that you return these items with their original packaging. If you are not sure you are keeping an item, please do not open or remove seal (if applicable).
DO YOU CARRY EVERYTHING I NEED?
We carry almost everything regular African stores have, and then some. If there is any product you will like to see here, please let us know and we will do our best to make it available for you.
