Each pack contains 3 large sizes of frozen Ponmo Ijebu. The frozen Ponmo are washed while the dried Ponmo requires washing before cooking 

Cooking Instructions 

To cook dried Ponmo, all you need to do is soak in hot water, rinse and cook.
