Lamb Weston Poundo Potato is made from Irish potatoes and in flakes form. The result after preparation is a light meal that's easy to digest.
How to Prepare
1. Heat water to boiling (use 400 ml water per serving of 125 g Poundo Potato flakes).
2. Pour in Poundo Potato flakes while stirring gently.
3. For your desired dough thickness, add more flakes or water and mix further.
4. Turn down the heat and stir for 3-4 minutes till right dough consistency is attained.
