MYCHOPCHOP WHOLESALE FAQS

1. What is a wholesale account?

A wholesale account is designed to help you save money on your bulk African groceries.

2. What is the benefit of signing up with a food business account when applying for the wholesale account?

When you sign up with your food business account, you will have access to a dedicated account manager that you can reach out to 24 hours via WhatsApp to help with custom orders, inquiries or special requests. We also get to feature your business details in our caterer directory for customers.

3. How fast do wholesale orders ship and arrive?

All business orders ship within 1 business day. Your order will arrive in 1-2 business days if you are in Toronto. If outside Toronto, we will ship using Canada post and send you a tracking number.

4. When does my order ship?

We do our best to ship out bulk orders within one business day if in stock. You will receive an email when your order is processed and another email when your order ships. The shipping email includes your tracking number and an estimated arrival date.

5. Do you ship to my area?

We ship to all the provinces in Canada and to the US

6. What if my item arrives damaged, incorrect or missing?

7. Do you provide discounts for bulk orders? 

 All items on the quick order form are discounted already. However, certain high-volume orders may qualify for a discount. We evaluate discount eligibility based on a variety of factors including product, quantity, shipping destination, as well as other handling requirements. If you are interested in placing a large order, please contact wholesale@mychopchop.ca with "Large Order Inquiry “ in the subject line.

8. Can you source products that are not available on your site or wholesale quick order form?

If you are searching for a product that is not available on our site, please email wholesale@mychopchop.ca and we'll do our best to make them available just for you!

9. Can I modify the items in my order?

Please email wholesale@mychopchop.ca  with your order number and request. We will do our best to help.

10. Do you price match?

We price match for certain high volume orders. Please email wholesale@mychopchop.ca with inquiries.
