How to cook
Combine 1 part Fonio and 2 parts water with a pinch of salt and a splash of oil and bring to a boil. Cover and turn the heat down to low for 1-2 minutes. Turn the heat off and let it rest for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and enjoy! Alternatively, microwave on high for just 5 minutes.
