Corn flour- Ogi
Corn flour, or Ogi is a finely powdered white starch extracted from maize kernels. It is used to prepare Pap which is similar to Custard but has a unique sour taste.
Direction: In a large bowl, combine the solid ogi and 1/4 cup cold water. Mix thoroughly until you have a thick paste. Add the boiling water into the pap paste a little at a time while simultaneously mixing the pap. The resulting mixture will thicken. Stop adding water as soon as desired texture is achieve.
Frozen items can not be returned after delivery because of hygiene concerns.
We do not ship frozen items like Goat meat, Chicken and Jute Leaves, outside of Ontario because we can not guarantee it will be in perfect condition at the time of delivery
Delivery within Toronto and its environs is guaranteed delivery the next day. We will communicate with you if an unforeseen circumstance arises.
